The term at a glance

Enrolment and seat holds
Students pick sessions and formats in the portal. The server re-quotes the order and holds the seat before checkout starts, so the price shown and the price charged come from the same calculation.
Calendar, attendance and credits
Single sessions and prepaid credit packs sit against the same enrolment. Attendance, cancellations and credit lots are kept per student, with the balance stated explicitly instead of an opaque total.
Checkout and invoices
Each enrolment carries its own order, payment state and invoice state, and the portal shows all three to the student. In this build both providers are simulated — see the note below.
Questions and feedback
Students ask from the portal and read the answer next to the session it belongs to. Session feedback and grades land in the same thread, not in a separate inbox.
One workspace per teacher
Your students, prices and calendar live in your own account, separate from every other teacher on the platform. Sign-in is real, and the console and portal both require it.
Sandbox build. Checkout and invoicing run against simulated providers: no card is charged and no invoice is filed with any authority. Accounts, enrolment, the calendar, credits, questions and feedback work on real data.
